I have recently started using Dave from Green Property Maintenance. I have struggled in the past to find a decent reliable gardener. Dave is amazing. He can literally do anything! He has built me a supporting wall for my bin area, dug out my guttering, planted shrubs and mowed the lawn. My garden is look so lovely already with the TLC Dave has given it. He also comes up with great ideas, which I do not have the eye for. Green Property Maintains are affordable, reliable and amazing.

Green property maintenance did a nice job of my garden at very short notice. I have quite a mature garden and they handled it really well making it look neat and tidy whilst not going overboard. Skilfully done.
Lawns - Turfing / Seeding
DO NOT USE GREEN PROPERTY MAINTENANCE............. Quote has been agreed on 29th April, £1625 out of £2250 has been transferred on 29/04/2021. The project is for replacing existing lawn and provide new raised beds. After transfer, Dave send Mark, who has been working for rotavate the ground a few days, come in and out for two weeks. Meanwhile, Dave try to see the potential of my garden, saying he has some new patios, can sell to me cheap with replacing of current patios. Honestly, I just upgrade my front and back garden patios one month ago. He insists to say how bad my previous tradesman has done the work, he said he can do better. Very expensive, so, I said no. Then the problem start, Dave start to blame on the national shortage of sand and concrete. I have a small garden, doesn’t require much of these materials, can get from B&Q. Still, I patiently wait for three weeks. Then, he told me he has the materials, then defer of coming each week for the past three weeks. He has been telling me that, he has been working in the kitchen for the raised bed for me, however, nothing shows in my garden. He still try to sweet talk, keep me believe that he is going to finish the project on the coming week for the past three weeks. Every time, he comes up with new excuses, rains, even with sunny days. He make excuses of lose labour due to they stealing materials and laziness. Then, someone else got sick, then his mum sick. Traffic, as well....All sorts of excuses, but not coming. It is very disappointing experiences. I have paid £1625 for the materials. But, there is no one single piece of materials in my garden. My garden looks completely mess, with lots of stones on the ground, which tripped my 2 years old many times with injured hands. He also allergic to the cutter tree with pollen blended into the garden ground, exposed to the soil, he would rub his eyes, it was getting swallow and bleeding. I have told Dave about this, he said cover ground with plastics sheet, however nothing has been done. The rubbish has been left by the end of my garden, about 20 black bags, attract rats, as shady and warm. It’s completely unsafe and unhealthy for my children go to the garden now. With the current situation that we have to work from home, that my children unable to play in the garden causing extra stress for me and my husband. I have to pay extra childcare £90 per a day for staying in their place. ITS ALL LIES.......I NEED MY MONEY BACK.......
Green Property MaintenanceI am somewhat beumused by this lady and have offered to discuss a refund 1/ We have been waiting on firstly Miss LuLiu 5 times to make up her mind if she wanted a bench seat with a roof , then no roof , then no bench 2/ There are at present national shortages of aggregates and you will see by the previous review we do everything we can to get the materials needed in timely fashion but due to customer delays this has exaserbated the situation, where we have had other work booked and as such it meant because of the original delay and confusion over what she wanted she has been asked to wait 3/ I have had messages from miss Lu Lui saying her son is alergic to the pollen in the earth, there is little i can do about that and whilst we are working there, we have tools there which are dangerous to young children and he should not be left to play in the garden alone or at all, especially as we had just dug the surface over and raked it level and preparred it for sanding and turfing and he was allowed to dig the surface up again with his ride on tractor , the whole surface now has to be reraked and boarded yet she doesnt want to pay extra. 4. indeed with all the rain i have been painting the timber whie as requested in my kitchen due to the rain to ensure we could just install the beds and finish all the hard landscaping prior to turfing 5/ i have had several neurotic emails from miss Luliu saying i was lying when i said we couldnt contret in the rain, i was lying about the lack of sand , road stone and cement products etc which can be checked as there are still shortages 6/ Mis Lu Lui tried to pull the race card and say i have discriminated against her because she is asian, the reference from Bradleigh, he is South African and a person of colour so cant see that holds any water 7/ Last night before Mis Liu left this review i had arranged to discuss a refund today at 10am , i may now be discussing a claim against her that i may lodge for defamation I accept we cannot please every customer but we do always try to keep people informed and happy with our work, i guess this lady cannot be pleased
