About
Welcome to Glitz Decorators Limited
My name is Paul Young — founder, director, and the craftsman behind every project that bears the Glitz Decorators name.
For over three decades I have worked exclusively in painting and decorating, refining a level of skill and precision that cannot be rushed or replicated. Established in 2005 and incorporated in 2025, Glitz Decorators Limited was built on a simple principle: that your home or property deserves to be treated with the same care and respect you give it yourself.
My work spans the West Midlands, London, and cities across the UK. The clients I work with share a common standard — they know what quality looks like, they appreciate the difference craftsmanship makes, and they understand that the finest finishes are the result of experience, patience, and an eye that cannot be taught.
Every project is handled personally. From the first consultation to the final brushstroke, you deal directly with me. No teams, no subcontractors, no diluted results — simply one craftsman entirely committed to the outcome.
If you are planning a project and your standard is excellence, I would welcome the opportunity to be part of it.
