Replace Steps and Install Patio
Poor communication throughout project from Jacob and an absolute nightmare to deal with. He repeatedly changed from what I had asked to be completed even without consultation. Original requested slabs unavailable. Initially offered alternate slab at no extra cost then once agreed, changed mind and was extra cost. Quoted for a curved step and straight step. I requested curved step he poured straight concrete step without consulting and still wanted to charge the price for the curved and subsequently charge extra to convert straight step into curve. Job completed to very poor standard only offering tips to rectify what he has done at a further cost. The standard of workmanship in his pictures nowhere near compares to what he has completed here. I can only assume pictures currently posted here are not of Jacob's personal work. I can supply actual pictures of his work quality. Jacob's behaviour when challenged over quality left me concerned for my safety. Though after further discussion and some corrections, I thought this had been resolved. Has not been back to collect waste despite assurances. No longer responding to messaging.
G2R LIMITEDUnfortunately some clients do not like the style of work, and your leaving a review based on your poor judgment of tiles picked out and chosen by yourself, however your patio does look great and your steps that we're installed were priced at the same size that we took out, you then abruptly changed the size to double and refused to pay for your own changes I would kindly recommend other trade to be careful when working with people like this as there are many
