Admittedly, the two men were courteous and hardworking, but l will suggest the following to anyone who wants to use this service : 1. Make sure that the person has actually been on site to ask the right questions e.g where you want your cameras located etc, so that they can make a proper, coherent plan, and also give you the exact charge (not increasing it on site) including the relevant materials, (not sending you the customer off to go buy stuff which you can then get wrong, etc). 2. Insist that you will not be paying a penny *until everything is working, and properly 3. Make sure that they tidy up the mess made on your premises as a result of work done *before they leave
