The boys who came on site were very cheerful. There was lots of good chat, very constructive and positive and determined to do the job well. Lots of checking in with me. I was really pleased with their general attitude, which was very can-do and very personable. They really set to the work and there was only any delay because of chatting – which is no bad thing!
