Vaillant Gas Combi Boiler Service
I asked for a service, which I got but was told there was an issue that needed some parts. Ok no problem Scott came back to me quickly and quoted £125 , I was happy and we arranged a time and date for the work , so I sat in waiting but no sign of him, I didn’t want to put a bad review incase something happened , as they do, so I left it for a week and contacted him 3 more time asking for info about the part so I could get it fixed by another fitter,if he didn’t want the work, but nothing , he has completely ghosted me. I do find it strange as he stared off really good and I was relieved I had found a good heating eng. but I am stranded now with a boiler that needs work! I am reluctantly leaving this review as I just don’t know what happened but on the other hand I am stranded now.

Job all done. A good price, turned up on time for the quote and the job. Done quickly and efficiently, cleaned up afterwards. Also sent me before and after photos. Would recommend.
