Atelier Z is a design-led build and retrofit studio working across residential and small-scale building projects. We offer design-only services, build-only services, or a combined design-and-build approach, depending on the needs of the project.
Our architectural designer provides concept design, layout planning, feasibility studies, and non-certified drawings to support clear decision-making and buildable outcomes. Alongside this, we coordinate refurbishment, extension, interior fit-out, bespoke joinery, and minor construction works through trusted independent subcontractors.
