A Helping HandI replaced the shed roof. After some of the worst storms in some time, Mrs Meehan called to say there was a leak. I booked a day to go and fix the leak. I told her I would need access to the shed, she assured me she would leave the key out. She did not, I did what I could. She told me she forgot, I booked in another day and returned to the property, she had not left the key again. Having returned twice, I felt I had done my best to rectify the problem and had taken two days out of my busy schedule. They were not willing to pay for my time to attend the property a third time. If I make a mistake, as occasionally happens, I always return to fix the problem and have a really good relationship with my reasonable customers
Flooring
Seamus did two jobs for us. One urgent job (squeaking landing floor/hoist) which he kindly did on a Sunday at short notice and a second job replacing a balustrade. On both occasions Seamus was prompt, kept in touch along the way and completed the jobs to an excellent standard. I would certainly use Seamus again.
General Repair / Maintenance
Got in touch and sorted out the job quickly. Not just patched it up but made sure that the job was well done. In fact they are going back to sort out another issue for me.
