Construct wooden steps coming from a wooden office out house. We would also like 7/8 new fence panels put in and a wooden back gate moved slightly.

Change banister & spindles. Keep newel posts. Both 140x80 roughly

I have open tread stairs. One has come completely out of the wall. Other stairs are loose. This needs to be done soon as it is very dangerous.
