Currently have 3 m extension done by Anglian, want to extend a further 3m x 6m Square bricked flat roof extension with skylights.

Flat roof on kitchen extension is leaking. The kitchen ceiling needs replacing, including boarding and insulation and a EPDM rubber roof needs instal...

Side extension. Narrow passageway approx 90cm for a couple of metres and then continuing to a boot room area by the front door

Knock through kitchen into existing conservatory which needs redoing to become a normal room, and convert into extended kitchen diner

We are inviting tenders from experienced main contractors to undertake the full refurbishment and adaptation of "The Old Rectory" into a Day Nursery....
