Partial Chimney Breast Removal
Michael began the job well but two things have completely derailed the job. Over Christmas I received an extremely inappropriate voice note of a sexual nature, followed up by an equally inappropriate written message. I also made the mistake of paying for the finished work before the last patch up was done. After over 5 weeks of trying to have the work completed, it remains unfinished and he refuses to give me steel that I have already paid for. Suffice to say, I no longer feel comfortable with Michael or his team inside my house. Proceed with caution.

Storm-Damaged Wall & Steps Repair
Mike from Visio Projects came to provide me with a quote for a storm damaged front garden wall. He was friendly and constructive with his comments about how best to deal with situation that was left by the damaged wall. His vision was to rebuild all the remaining walls by reusing many of the stone bricks, and removing the red stone bricks around the front steps - thereby creating a much neater, aesthetically pleasing boundary to our garden. I agreed with his suggestions, and work was started promptly - however, deplorable weather caused delays on 3 days. The job was completed and it is a testament to Mikes professionalism as a bricklayer, and his ability to visualise quality finishes. I am very happy with the outcome of this job, and have nothing but positive things to say about Visio Projects. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Remove Cement, Check DPC and Brickwork
The job itself was done okay, but the whole experience with Visio project and Michael was odd. The job they helped with includes repairing rainwater gutters, rebedding ridge tiles and lead flashings, repointing chimney, installing vents and replacing facia boards. Things we didn't have good experience with: 1. The communication was poor throughout, had to keep asking when they would turn up. 2. Got quoted 3 days of work, ended up finishing in about 1.5 days. Some work that was promised wasn't done. Rebedding ridge tiles and repointing chimney was done in less than 4 hours, which I don't think is whats needed to do the job properly. 3. Michael contacted me with 3 different phone numbers and always called me with a 'No Caller ID' number. 4. Michale wasn't on site when they finished the work. That's fine but that means I had to spare another day to go through the work with him. 5. So the next day he came to check everything and confirmed payments were settled before he left. Afterwards he was going on about an outstanding balance but when I asked for proof he couldn't give anything. Two weeks after I still got a phone call from him AT MIDNIGHT. This is the part I am upset the most. I might not be very fair here but the experience wasn't very pleasant for me. Note: Michael followed up with me afterwards regarding the call I received at midnight. He apologised and stated that the call wasn't from him. They didn't mean to bother me at midnight, it's likely to be a mistake.

And we have more than one number, which most companies do as for the bringing up at 12 o’clock at night please provide evidence of this But we see that the job itself was done to a degree standard which is great to hear our team done a amazing service Many thanks
