The job was more complicated than expected but the engineer fully explained the issue. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I would have expected. He detailed what he had done and why, and cleaned up at the end. I would thoroughly recommend West Coast. The cost was as quoted and seemed very fair for the time spent.
