Diagnose Kitchen Circuit Electrical Fault
I hired this electrician to fix a kitchen circuit that kept tripping. He attended on 02/10/2026, spent 3 hours on the job and charged £300. He told us the fault was in two sockets and that the issue was sorted. He did not test the rest of the circuit before leaving. Shortly after he left, the tenants found that the extractor fan and its light were not working, as they had been disconnected. Since then I have contacted him repeatedly over 13 days, asking him to come back and reconnect the extractor. He has not returned, and the job remains unfinished.
Driveway Outdoor Lights Tripping Electrics
I have an issue with water tripping my driveway lights when it rains. The "House Doctor" came to fix this last week and assured me it would no longer trip if it rained. Today is the first time it has rained since and the lights tripped all my electrics again. I was charged £240 pounds for this, did not get any invoice or paper work or any kind of guarantee and so far he has not responded to my message informing him it was not fixed.

Charming chap, unfortunately he overcharged me off with the cost of the job, which was different to what he quoted me. I would not recommend anyone use him unless they want to be ripped off as well!
