John got in touch very quickly and came round to look at the job the very next day. He offered me a quote but couldn't be exact as some investigation was required. He came back the next morning and within 10mins he had identified the issue and gave me a revised quote. He then fixed the issue that day to my satisfaction. His communication was excellent and I would definitely use him again for any more plumbing jobs I have.

We had a bathroom leak coming through the ceiling. They came out and stopped the leak right away and then returned a few days later and fitted us new taps and pipework to the bath and sink. Fix Stuck Bath Pop Up Plug
John came round to quote my broken bath plug and was very friendly and respectful, managed to fix it there and then without needing to replace the whole mechanism which was a huge plus! very honest work will 100% use again when needed!

He confidently told me how professional hus business was and how they always return to rectify faults. The toilet seat he replaced wasn't installed properly I Messaged him about this and he didn't respond so clearly he doesn't return to rectify faults
Stonebridge PecFitted new toilet seat supplied by customer. All fitted as per manufactures instructions. Seat operated as it should. Customer happy with fitting. Customer paid 2 days later no complaints at this point hence being paid. The first that is known about faulty seat is the review left by the customer. The customer provided the toilet seat. No messages were received from the customer.
