I have experience in most general maintenance areas.
I am currently in property development but am trying to fill some time while my first property sells. I will only undertake work if I know I can do it to a good standard. I am a very clean and tidy worker and will always leave a property the way I would expect others to leave mine.
I am based in Solihull but am happy to travel if necessary.

Check Guttering and Damp Proof Walls
Within half an hour of posting my job, Kevin was in touch and round the house ready to provide his free quote! He was very thorough and checked all problem areas that could be causing the issue. With no major problems found, there was a no payment gaurantee, even when we offered to! We did get him to clean our guttering still whilst he was here - he was efficient and tidy! We are getting a quote for a couple of non urgent things found and will be inclined to use him after his honest and thorough approach!
