I have worked as a multiskilled Plumber for many years .
All the calculations for a heating system for a mansion I did myself and plumbed the whole building ..The heat loss for the building were sixty Kilowatts .An average house can be 6-9 Kilowatts .
For many years I did tiling and plastering when completing bathrooms as it was more cost effective for the customers and continuity of work for myself .Also associated works like carpentry as I am multi-skilled .
On some occasions I would be willing to work all over the UK and will stay on a job/site if a spare room is available .
My tools cost about £10k and I have many years of experience .
One thing is I take pride in my work .
Plumbing is not easy and one needs a good mind and a decent skills set to satisfy the needs of modern society .
It is true to say that finding a decent plumbing is difficult nowadays .
