Steve's quote was really reasonable and the job was completed within less than 24hrs after advertising. Steve was friendly and got the completed in a timely manner and tidied up after himself. There was a small fault with the product and despite this having nothing to do with Steve, he offered to come and install this last part once it arrived for no extra charge. I highly recommend and will definitely be using his service again in the future.

Excellent job! Steve was punctual, polite, and professional. During his initial assessment, he clearly demonstrated his knowledge and confidence in how he planned to approach the work. Unblock Kitchen Sink and Fix Leak
Originally I gave this trader a glowing review, but it later transpired that he had not resolved the original problem. He returned to look at the job at my request. After removing the pipe work under the kitchen sink and reassembling it, he advised me that replacement pipes were required. The following day Steven texted me to say that he had the requisite parts. I then texted him and called him several times in an attempt to make an appointment to have the parts fitted. All of my texts and voicemails were ignored. I have left it over 10 days before writing this review in case he came back to me, which he has not. The upshot is that I have a worse problem than I had to start with. I cannot use the kitchen sink at all without leakage on to the shelves below. I have now booked the job in with another trader.
