We had a leaking gutter.l I had sent a video to view. A price was sent along with work, once the work was done a Other issues were pointed out, ones that should have been explained at the start of the job. So we could have decided how to proceed £130 for a screw to be drilled in the wall felt excessive.

I am concerned that I have not yet received a receipt or guarantee from Doug as he promised this would be done by last weekend and I have sent him a message today. Can this be follows up please by you? I need this for my peace of mind. Doug was professional and showed photos before and after of the work he had done. I thought it was expensive though, too.

Friendly lads ,replaced some Tiles and re pointed my chimney did a thorough job happy with end results
