Dan responded promptly to this Job on a very short notice. The door I ordered was 14mm short but Dan and his mate were able to install the door the best they could. He kept me updated through out the process of installation. He was polite and was on time as discussed.
Lock Fitting
Dan did a great job installing my new front door lock. Dan was professional and easy to work with. He helped me pick the right lock, answered all my questions, and arrived on time for the installation. Dan's attention to detail during the installation was impressive. Arrived on time. Really expensive for what was actually carried out. Couldn't fix door completely.
Rochdale Windows&DoorsI charged you £150 call out fee which covered you for the work I was requested to do on the first door. Which I adjusted, glued all your gaskets back in and drilled out the sill for the drainage system. You poured 10 litres of water on to one corner of the draining system within 5 seconds which really doesn't replicate rain and you still seen it draining through the front which was what you required me to do. I gave you free handles because you said you couldn't afford to get them replaced. Which you commented you would take anything for free. Then you asked me to do the same on another door which was an additional charge of £50 but as you said at the end that you couldn't afford it, I just charged you the £150 call out fee. Which is stated on my profile that I charge on any job taken. But if you are unsatisfied with the work I have done and require me to come back free of charge please just message me and I will be happy to assist.

Asked Dan to have a look at our patio doors that we were struggling to lock. Dan had a good look at the doors then showed me what was wrong and sorted them out in no time. Great bloke who obviously knows what he is doing. Would recommend him to anyone.

After. Receiving a text and then subsequent phone call to asses the job Dan came to my home. He arrived on time, friendly, courteous , clean tidy. He worked on the job in hand constantly appraising of the work needed and ensuring I was happy with what he did and was about to do. He offered advice going forward so the problem didn’t recur. I would recommend Dan to anyone
