Install Anti-Rodent Device on Waste Pipe
RJS were quick to respond to request for anti rodent device to be fitted to toilet. He had to go out again and buy a compatible part and kept me informed by photos and texts of the job. Would thoroughly recommend this bloke.

Toilet Flush Handle And Valve Repairs
Initial response from RJS was very good. Reece arrived quickly and carried out the work. Unfortunately he did not check it fully and we later discovered that one of the issues had not been resolved. Despite promising to return on three subsequent days, the job remained incomplete and I had to employ another plumber. My further calls and messages to RJS went unanswered, so I would not consider using Reece again.

Refit Bath Panel and Fix Door
Reece did an excellent job! He quickly refitted my bath panel and sealed it very neatly then turned his attention to the stuck doors on my Ikea wardrobe. Without delay, he diagnosed the problem and then set about solving it. The doors were awkward and heavy but he swiftly manipulated them, secured some of the trims which had failed and then restored the doors to their correct positions. I cannot praise him highly enough and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Excellent service from start to finish. He fixed the issue quickly, was a great guy, and took the time to point out a few potential problems to look out for. At no point did I feel like he was trying to find extra work or make me spend more money. He even put me in touch with someone for a completely different job. Would definitely recommend!!
