Skimming for Multiple Rooms
High standard of work for plastering, however very poor work in relation to painting- carpet ruined due to tradesman not putting down enough protection, with professional carpet cleaners with 25+ years experience not being able to remove as good quality wool carpet. Ceiling very bumpy where person hadn't smoothed over prior to painting. Part of wall unfinished. Drips of paint on wall and overall looking both messy and unfinished. Homeowner had to pay £400 for someone else to come out to do 2 days work alongside tradesman initially commissioned (who arrived 4 hours late), even though tradesman was informed by homeowner that money had only been factored in for Phoenix Plastering & Decorating and no-one else, as agreed at time of booking. Tradesman agreed, however proceeded to send homeowner a bill for 2nd party for 2 days work. Partial refund has been accepted (measly) as spent 6 weeks trying to get this person back out. Very defensive when challenged (professionally, no threats made) over text message. Health to the homeowner has been affected, requiring medical attention due to the stress caused by this tradesperson. Strongly advise against this tradesperson and to spend some extra money getting someone else in with a higher standard of work and care.

Hard working and pleasant man, clean and tidy worker. I recommend him 100%. As a 92 year old injured man I needed a trustworthy worker and I found one named Justin Perry.

Great service, Justin was really friendly. The job was done very quickly, with no complications. I had my physio clinic painted and the job looks amazing. Highly recommend

Justin was excellent. He came when he said he would and did exactly what we asked him to. He was very clean and tidy and very pleasant to have working in our house. We will use him again and would fully recommend him.
