Good, responsive contractor so far pest is still undergoing inspection/treatment but overall good.
Balcony Pigeon Cleaning And Spike Installation
After months of dealing with a severe pigeon infestation on my balcony and being let down by a previous contractor on multiple occasions, finding Alistair was an absolute lifesaver. From the moment he got in touch, he was professional, responsive and reassuring. He carried out a full deep sanitation of the balcony, removed soiled furniture, and installed anti-pigeon spikes on all the roosting areas. He even came back a second time to adjust and reposition spikes after identifying a gap, at no extra fuss. The balcony has been transformed, clean, usable and pigeon-free. Alistair clearly knows his trade inside out and takes real pride in his work. He showed up when he said he would, communicated clearly throughout, and genuinely cared about getting the job done properly. I would not hesitate to recommend Pest Control Pros Ltd to anyone dealing with a bird problem. Thank you Alistair!
