Paul is top class! He's one of those people who is really adaptable and who also takes proper pride in his work. We had only just moved in and had a long list of jobs waiting, both plumbing and general maintenance. Paul was superb. He keeps you in the loop about what he's doing, suggests better ways of getting things done and treats every job with care, as though it were his own home. Paul is now our go-to person and there is no doubt we'll be hiring him again in the near future.

We had a great experience and were 100% happy with all aspects of the service. We really liked Paul. We thought he did an excellent job and his service was great too. We thought he went above and beyond. He did his best to save us money. We had 100% trust that he approached the work with our best interests in mind, that he did a proper job and was totally honest. We'll definitely be using him again and can't recommend him highly enough.

Radiator repair
Paul, I would give you 10/10; 100/100! Thank you for coming and finally fixing the issue with my heating. I’ve had 3 different gas engineers coming to try and resolve my heating and Paul finally did the job. I have an old boiler and system so we may need to replace some parts but Paul took his time to bleed, balance and check each rad over and over until the temperature was right. If anyone is looking for a tradesman that does the job, Paul is your man! Thank you Paul!
