I had an excellent experience with Austin and his company. He was extremely professional, reliable, and polite throughout the entire process. They not only fixed my boiler, but also carried out a full service at the same time. Austin had to return for a second visit due to a water leak issue, which he handled promptly and professionally. He kept me well informed and followed up to make sure the problem was fully resolved. I was very impressed with the level of service, communication, and attention to detail. I will definitely use them again and have already arranged to use them for annual boiler maintenance going forward. Highly recommended.

Polite. Quiet. Efficient. Well mannered. Sorted both issues out. Gone away to send a quote for parts. Invoiced whilst present. No additional charges Thank you and great job
