Expensive - not value for money! Charges way more, and finds excuse or other faults to avoid completing what is originally committed.
New property maintenanceThis job was to Cap two chimney pots witch were done and then customer wanted another chimney at the back of property capping aswell I told him there would be a extra charge as I carnt work for nothing and he did not want to pay the extra cost so there is nothing I can do

the side cement and covering the tiles is non existence and not completed fully. Roof lead has been painted & sealed.

The roofer has fixed the problem and sent me the photos,,,and has given me the guarantee that if its not done tight ,will come back again for free
