I recently used Mike for a Gas Safety Certificate and boiler service on one of my rental properties and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service he provided. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout. The boiler service was carried out thoroughly and he took the time to explain everything clearly. Importantly, he also highlighted a missing flue cap and the absence of a carbon monoxide detector: both of which are critical safety issues that could easily have been overlooked. I really appreciated his attention to detail and proactive approach to tenant safety and compliance. Mike also made the whole process effortless by collecting the keys from my home and dropping them back afterwards with no fuss at all. Communication was clear and straightforward from start to finish. A friendly, reliable and highly competent engineer. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be using his services again in the future.

I just had my new gas cooker installed yesterday, and I have to say it was an absolute five-star experience from start to finish! The Gas Safe registered engineer arrived promptly within the agreed time slot, fully equipped and ready to go. He was extremely professional and friendly. He checked all pipework thoroughly. Peace of mind knowing it's installed correctly by a certified pro, and it's working flawlessly already. Can't recommend highly enough – if you're looking for a hassle-free gas cooker installation, this is the service to choose!
