Neil is exactly the type of person you want to have in your contact list of maintenance providers! Extremely friendly and easy to work with. Attended to survey requirements promptly and quoted for 2 of the 3 jobs (with the 3rd job involving some further investigation). As it turned out, Neil was able to resolve all 3 issues the very next day.. and still only charged per the initial quote for the original 2 jobs! Cannot recommend highly enough.

First time I have used McLean Water Services and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Had an issue with the Ball Float unit in the water tank which caused multiple problems, but Neil persevered and found a solution to fix the problem. Neil turned up on time, was good for the original quote provided and easy to deal with. Will definitely use again, and i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
