My Experience
I am a NVQ qualified carpenter and joiner with over 25 years experience working with timber. I have carried out all ranges of installations on a Domestic and commercial scale.
I am experienced with working with retro fit style work as well as working on new build installations for building Developers. I have carried out all ranges of work from 1st fix to 2nd fix installations.
I set up my own company to pursue my own work after I spent the last 4 years working along side Leicestershire county council through a main contractor being one of their primary installers for their intricate woodworking projects. These ranged in from a basic footbridge to allow pedestrians to cross Brooks and rivers within the countryside to maintaining integrity of the bridal ways for horses. This meant fitting high quality structural timbers to allow Long Jevity in bridges for the safe passage of the horses.
I have worked with both softwood and Hardwood timbers to create structurally sounds structures for the local authority, building developers along with my domestic clients.
I have over the years carried out many jobs like the jobs you have asked me to quote for.
My Company holds full liability insurance up to the value of £5M
I am experienced within working with but not limited to

2. Bathrooms
3. Skirting boards, architraves and doors/ frames.
4. Decking, garden landscape, fencing, gazebo’s along with garden rooms.
5. Custom built furniture, covering shelving, media walls, custom built cupboards etc.
6. Replacing rotten timbers with joists and flooring.
7. Laying laminate flooring
8. Removing walls and creating new stud walls including plaster boarding.
9. Cladding interior and exterior

Bedroom Feature Wall Panelling
I’m new to this site - was looking for someone to do some panelling for me after I was let down last minute. Damian came back to me quickly, came round and looked at the job within days. I felt very at ease when meeting him, really made me feel comfortable, allowing a stranger in the house and listened to my ideas of what I wanted. Went away and sent me a quote that was perfect! No over charging, just a fair clear quote that was far better than I had hoped, and the best thing was he could do it in a few days time too! He sent me links to the lights I wanted and looked for different materials that matched my ideas. He was patient when i was indecisive about heights etc and made sure i was happy! He worked well, came when he said, protected the floors, was clean and really respectful. The work was done in good time and to a great high standard! I would have no hesitation to use Damian again or recommend him to others which I already have! I am over the moon with the job he did and so will my daughter be when she gets back from skiing and I can suprise her with a new room.
Replace Wooden Decking with Composite
Damian worked very hard replacing the wooden decking in my back garden with composite. He kept me informed throughout the work and, despite a few set backs, no fault of his own, succeeded in completing an excellent job. I would be more than happy for him to do work for me in the future.
Fit New Skirting in Hallway
Done a good job very friendly cleaned any mess very pleased will tell all my family and friends
Replace Laminate Flooring Due to Leak
