Throughout the job, we kept in regular communication with you and addressed any questions or requests as they arose. On completion of the work, both you and your partner told us that you were happy with the finished result, and there were no outstanding concerns raised with us before we left. For that reason, we were very surprised to receive a 1-star review and the suggestion that all of the work had to be redone. Had you contacted us after the job if you felt there were any issues, we would have happily returned to inspect the work and resolve any genuine concerns. We stand by the quality of our workmanship and always aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied.
