Did the required work - a small task - as asked for quickly and efficiently.
Under Stairs Cupboard Installation
unfinished work carried out by LCD Ltd in relation to an under-stairs cupboard installation at my property. I advertised the job, and LCD Ltd contacted me, attended my home, and provided a quotation. I paid a £400 deposit in good faith. The agreed completion date was 27/12/2025; however, the work was not completed, and no one returned on that date. Subsequently, alternative appointments were arranged for Monday and Tuesday, but on both occasions no one attended, and I was not given a satisfactory explanation. A further appointment was arranged for today, 03/01/2026 at 10:00am. The contractor attended with a colleague. When attempting to install the cupboards, it became clear that the measurements were incorrect, the design did not match what I had agreed to, and the units were damaged. When I raised these issues, the contractor became increasingly aggressive and stated that he would not fix the problems. He then said he would remove all the cupboards and leave without completing the job. I requested a refund of my £400 deposit since the work was not completed and the materials were removed. The contractor refused to refund the deposit and left with all the cupboards. At present, I am left with no completed work, no materials, and my £400 deposit has not been returned. I believe this conduct is unprofessional and unacceptable.
LCD LtdHi madame first thing you must decide and understand what you order all items it was after measurements what I take myself i dnt know if someone it's coming to your house to finish job in the 3rd January everybody stay home dnt care about work just stay home you started whith complain handle not white before sending pictures on and you decide yes is ok in my opinion I was wery polite and professional no complain like you for everything and I try to sorted all issues you whant refund what you think buy one coca cola and you can return no because in your job involves cutting materials paint etc you think what you coment before I proced to colect all items i ask to pay in full the balance you respond not nice but never matter then I decided to clear the cite was more bad opinion and arguments no com it to large the explain all then in the end all items is in my storage if is not colect etc I going to skip et then in the end I try to sorted the problem but in my personal opinion the client dnt whant to pay sorry about just complain complain complain

Cris, was friendly and very very responsive to messages, very quick off the mark. Work was done well. As it was a refit job, some original parts did not fit back in exactly but that is to be expected.
Wardrobe Disassembly & Reassembly
Completed the job quickly and efficiently Was able to work with us on the best abc quickest way to transport and reassemble the wardrobes with minimal time wasted on fully reassembly. Came back to fix an issue the next day. Would recommend. Mid-range prices but worth it if you need the job done quickly. Thank you
