I have been conducting all types of housing maintenance for housing associations and private customers for just over 30yrs.
I have a HNC qualification in building as well as City and guilds Advanced craft in brickwork. And a Btec in surveying.
Anything from structural defects, inc damp and mould remedial works, painting and decorating, fencing to carpentry and double glazing repairs/replacement.
No job is too small, im happy to fix a shelf if needed.
Im fully insured, and reliable.
