The job as not been finished to a satisfactory standard all communication to speak with Kieron is zero on their behalf. It’s very sad to think the matter can not be resolved amicably. That’s all we have ever wanted from KRM instead of all the stress and upset this as caused my 84yr old partner. I thought you were a better man than this Kieron !
