Gary and his team did a very professional job dropping my kerb. He gave me a very competitive quote and all the work was completed to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending K&b Property Maintenance and i would certainly have them on the top of my list for any future projects. He gets good reviews for a reason.
Replace 70 ft Garden Fence
Gary and Mal were excellent in providing a professional service at a reasonable price. Honestly cannot fault their work, they arrived when they said they would. They went above and beyond to make sure I, the client, was happy with the end result. They cleaned everything up and took their time in perfecting the fencing. Will be using Gary in the future for sure and will recommend him to anyone looking for tradesperson. The reviews on his previous work speak for themselves.
Install New Fence and Front Gate
I’d highly recommend K&B Property maintenance. They did a fantastic job installing a new fence and were very tidy. Communication was great throughout and they quoted a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again!
Repair damaged garden fence
I was really happy with the work Gary did . Our garden fence was rotten and falling apart. He gave us a good quote and kept us updated on start dates etc. on site he was efficient and well organised. The work was completed in a day and everything was left tidy, we would definitely ask him to price any other work. Thank you Gary for a great job.
