Gary and Mal were excellent in providing a professional service at a reasonable price. Honestly cannot fault their work, they arrived when they said they would. They went above and beyond to make sure I, the client, was happy with the end result. They cleaned everything up and took their time in perfecting the fencing. Will be using Gary in the future for sure and will recommend him to anyone looking for tradesperson. The reviews on his previous work speak for themselves.

I’d highly recommend K&B Property maintenance. They did a fantastic job installing a new fence and were very tidy. Communication was great throughout and they quoted a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again!

I was really happy with the work Gary did . Our garden fence was rotten and falling apart. He gave us a good quote and kept us updated on start dates etc. on site he was efficient and well organised. The work was completed in a day and everything was left tidy, we would definitely ask him to price any other work. Thank you Gary for a great job.

Gary was very professional from the onset. He visited my home to assess the work required, he quoted an agreeable costing for the job. He did not pluck a ridiculous sum from out of nowhere. Gary arrived at the appointed time, completed the work to a very high standard and will return in the future to complete further work. You can't go wrong if you choose Gary.
