He was friendly and approachable. He explained what and how he was planning to do the job,in a way I was able to understand. When he had finished. And the job took less time than he'd expected. Was very pleased with what he had completed and done. He kept me informed throughout the work being done. Which I appreciated. I would be happy to use him again.
