Had a terrible experience dealing with James. Was more focused on demanding money for things that were just pure lies, no receipts or invoice. Job went way above budget, too many threats from him. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Replace Ridge Tiles and Repointing
James never turned up when agreed . The work was completed mainly by a young apprentice who made many mistakes .It was overseen by James but not put right The gutter at the back of the house does not have the correct run on it and is not supported properly ,when it rains the guttering fills with water as it doesn't reach the down pipe and then spills over onto the conservatory roof. Despite being given the chance to put it right we have now been left with a gutter that constantly leeks with any rainfall. All he did was make excuses and never turned up to make good the job. He presented photos at the end of the job which have since disappeared from the messages but these didnt mean much as it wasnt raining! When asked to sign for payment he got one of his co workers to sign instead! Do not use this tradesperson as he gives a bad name to others who may do a professional job.
