Johnny was really patient with me as I use sign language and he took pictures to show me what work he’d done on the roof. If there were any issues, he explained them and went through options. I’m very pleased with the roof work.

Shed Base Repair and Drainage Improvement
JK decided the slabs needed to be higher so he relaid them in mortar on top of a new gravel base. This has been very successful. When I swept them I was surprised they were bone dry despite recent heavy rain in Stoke. He also laid a French drain around the shed base to divert run off from neighbouring gardens which are higher than ours. The drain extends to the end of the garden. The drain changes to pipe and gravel further down. It all seems to be working well. JK assures me that if I have any problems he will return and address them.
Extend Patio, Remove Raised Beds
A hard working team. Good communication throughout. Patient and dedicated to getting things right for us. Left everything clean and tidy. Thank you Johnny and Dennis.

After being let down by 3 different firms the service I received from Johnny and his team was first class. My job took 2 days and I was called and messaged throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. Johnny's quote was very competitive and I would say better value given the superb job and service I received.I would highly recommend JK Rose.
