Extractor Fan Removal & Installation
Excellent service. Very quick and efficient. 5*. Happy with their service. They removed and fitted new extractor fan in our kitchen and removed gas stove for tiles to be put in. They will replace that when tiles are in.
Fix Leaking Bathtub and Seal Gaps
Well done, they came at right time and also finished the job , price was may be a too high but I had to accept as did not had any other offer, is it this site always allow one quotation?
Reapply Grout, Silicone, and Bath Panel
I can only give 2 for this job for several reasons: The first day they came 2 hours late despite being told they would come 12-2pm. They kept me updated which was fine. The job is very simple and straightforward but the silicone put on the shower screen was a joke. Absolutely unacceptable, not even a straight line and they made a mess in my bathroom. Did not clean up after the job. The boss came in after my request to fix the silicone and I was asked to pay more to fix the job that they didnt do properly. I think he must hate his job that he didn't even want to fix it properly and told me to get a mastic man. Mind you that they asked for £220 just for removing the shower screen, a tiny bit of regrout and silicone around the shower screen. For the money that I paid, this is not acceptable. Will not use them again and definitely not recommend to anybody.
