Pros - speed of service and communication Cons- Would have preferred if it was clear that This company just liscense out the job to contractors. Fortunately the job was simple enough but staff that were sent was definitely was not experienced and struggled massively to move appliance & attach the integrated fitting m door to my integrated washing machine. Had to help him more than I would have expected. This quick job ended up taking hours.
