Install New Shower Cubicle Enclosure
Lack of punctuality. He was very late to come to the appointments and missed several of the subsequent dates and time agreed claiming he had problems with his van or problems with his family. He broke tiles upon removal of the shower cubicle door because he used the wrong tool. He then charged extra for replacement of broken tiles and we had to source all the sealant, grout, glue and other materials required for the tiles replacement before the shower cubicle door could be replaced. He did not want to put sealant or grout all the way down the new cut tiles. He was late to finish because of his lack of punctuality and it was close to midnight when he finished the work which was not up to standard. I would not recommend this rogue trader again. Very bad customer service.
Washing Machine Repair or Door Opening
A very good job. I was surprised he was able to repair a washing machine I thought was probably a write-off. I paid him more than he asked for.
Service Worcester Bosch MT10 Boiler
Had to come back a second time, as initially job was not correct (radiators working, but luke warm). Came back and sorted it (he had failed to turn a valve on fully). Overall, pretty good.
