Joseph came early the next day and completed the job quickly even though he had to go out to get materials. He tidied up afterwards and was friendly. He couldn't tell me why my waste keeps blocking. The company admin kept chasing me for payment as soon as he was done, I received calls and multiple texts to pay which was frustrating as I was at work. Apart from that they did a good job.
