Fit New Thermal Cut Off for Shower
The guy messaged me to say he was on his way but had problems finding me which alot of people have that problem so I found the guy who was close by he came in fixed my shower
Fit New Bathroom Extractor Fan
We were given a quote and we agreed to go ahead with this company as their quote was affordable and acceptable. On arrival the tradesman was given the extractor and shown to the bathroom and loft. However the damage left to our property was awful and when I asked the tradesman about the damage to our property, he said he would be back next week to neaten up the job. He told me to ring the office and book the job in for next week. However, when I contacted the company, I was told that we would now have to pay an additional £100 to repair the damage caused by the tradesman to our property before they can book us in for the repairs to be carried out, this is very unfair to the customer, considering that this tradesman was paid in full at the agreed price that we were quoted. We took the tradesman word that he would come back and repair our property, as he seemed very trustworthy, but it just goes to show that we cannot trust anyone these days.

Sink Pipe Repair & Disposal Unit Replacement
Did a good job, ran out and got a replacement part quite quickly and installed it, which was impressive considering how little space he had to work with (our sink is built into a ridiculously narrow bench with very poor access). He did turn up over an hour later than he said he would though, messaging that he was leaving to come to me at the time we agreed he would be here so I had to shuffle all the things i needed to do around this. He got the job done though
