Install New Toilet and Cistern
This man took payment for materials and booked me in for 2 days later. He failed to turn up and said he would come the following week. He again failed to show. Then said hed come the Thursday bur co show so I contacted him to request return of the money i Paid. Earlier I requested a quote but he sent an invoice charging again for the parts for which I'd already paid. He put VAT on but there was no VAT reg no on his "bill". I have been trying to get a refund and now he says my bank will not accept the refund. I think I have been scammed and have reported it to my bank as such. Another thing is that he always said he'd turn up between 6 and 6 pm. This does not sound like any bona fide tradesman to me. I reported it to my job quote

I have not been allowed the normal time to process a refund, I have tried to make a refund to you today but as you have made a banking dispute, I am unable to send the money across due to this complaint. No Hot Water or Heating Repair
Used second hand parts! Charged for diagnostics twice! Messed up the electrics! And still wanted to Charge an extra £400.00 on top of the £600! This guy is a rip off! I ended up getting British Gas to sort it after his mess and job was done in 30 minutes as the British Gas Engineer knew his trade! Absolutely disgusting behavior from this tradesman! Avoid at all costs!
Fix Leaking Kitchen Tap
Excellent service from James, highly recommended. He managed to order a slightly unusual tap, but managed to fit all three taps with no issues and to a high standard. Will definitely be using again.
