From the onset John was helpful and informative, all without putting any onus and pressure. This allowed me to do things at my pace (to do my own research) and once I agreed to get the work done with him, he continued to be just as helpful and informative. I would strongly recommend John, he has been nothing short of efficient, tidy and his workmanship has been of the highest standard. To add to all of this, the original job cost me £400 less than I was expecting based on multiple quotes from different sources.
