Absolutely fantastic, well satisfied with the work carried out, there has been no need to call him back since he finished the work he did for us, Iain is a competent & reliable builder we would certainly use him again should we need further building work in the future & would recommend him should anyone ask if I knew a good builder. Internal Walls
The job involved pulling down internal walls and install steel beams to expand the kitchen. Iain knew exactly what was required and executed the job on time and to a very high standard. Best of all, the quote I got from I&J Construction was a fair one. I highly recommend I&J construction for such building work.

Good contact, sent calcs before job to be completed. Job has been done to a high standard and at a good price. Iain is a friendly bloke and made sure everything was cleaned up after finishing the job
