Iain came over to assess the job next day and gave a reasonable quote for the work to be done. We arranged a date and he arrived on time with his team, carried out the works to a great standard and cleaned up afterwards. What more can you ask for!

We hade the most horrible experience with this company and the builder called Iain. He promised to complete the job in a week, it's turned in to 5 weeks and the Job is still not finished. He left a mess in my front garden and back garden, didn't hire a skip and also left some rubbish from other jobs on my front garden. There's someone else's old window in my garden! He messed up all electronics in my house to the point we having to reviwire the whole house, because he made it unsafe. He plastered on top of all sockets and switches, so when we asked him to fix it , he then proceeded to fill the gaps with foam and filter. Honestly I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Arranged engineers report, surveyed the job, supplied copy of company liability insurance, work started on Wednesday,arrived on site on time and completed the work to a high standard ready for 2 sets of bifold doors to be fitted all in 4 days. Bifold were fitted on the Friday. Then at short notice I&J provided a plasterer to finish the job on Sunday.. 4days from start to finish!!! I have been trying to get this work done for 3years prior to contacting I& J construction, numerous builder quoted the work then disappeared or tried to add money after their quote. Very happy with the work I&J construction have done for me and would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Excellent job done to remove chimney breast and insert supporting steels. Iain also removed our old kitchen, plastered the room, replaced the ceiling and put in french doors. Great work done and very good communication all the way through, would recommend!

Excellent job also a bit more work done on the day that wasn’t expected but all completed on time.

Lads helped themselves to our creates of pop, and they did not just have 1 or 2 it was over 5. Our side door leading in to the back has been bashed on frame, not sure how? It was quoted that all rubble would be removed however bricks were left in the loft which we had to remove ourselves, and we was told rubble would be removed from site the next day. We ended up having a skip on drive for 6 days, which we had to chase for removal. No sweeping up was done out side and even had the cheek to empty a dustpan out of the dinning room window with rubble and nails knowing we have a 2 year old that plays outside. Bricks leading up in to loft are still showing and need knocking out before any plaster boards can go up. Bedroom wall, bricks are not level with plaster to board over. Support beam has only been bricked up on one side. Trust that when into the chimney wall has not been supported which is making the celin sag. Asked to come back and not correct it to satisfaction. We have asked twice for Engineers report and no response back now payment has been taken.

Job completed as per specifications, happy with results.
