The actual work was good but there were hidden charges, a lack of transparency on additional spend and an aggressive approach. Even when they admitted that their operative had lied about the additional spend, they continued to be very aggressive, trying to charge £95 for bolts and resin but with no receipts. Avoid

They responded quickly and completed the job well. I was charged for extra time spent at our house because I had to go and buy them nut to fit the bolts they needed to use.

Said would come at 2-3 pm waited in didn’t even have the decency to say they weren’t coming no phone call message nothing , then sent 4 messages to say are you coming we have been waiting in ??? Nothing absolutely nothing waste of time would not bother with these people /cowboys!

Door hinges reversed on fridge and freezer.door now does not sit properly on door and both fridge and freezer door stick when closing and have to be force closed.top door not hinged proper
