The washing machine installation was completed, however the machine is not functioning properly and makes excessive noise and movement during the spin cycle. I requested a return visit to resolve the issue, but I was informed that this would require additional payment. I do not believe extra charges are appropriate for correcting an installation problem. Despite following up, I have received no response.

The original quote for 3 wardrobes and 2 chest of drawers was £180.00 for 5 hours work with 2 men. However, we ended paying £610.00 as after the work was done we were charged the additional £430.00 was charged for putting together the draws, doors, and additional end unit, which was mentioned in the original advertisement. It also included an additional charge of £70.00 for moving a radiator. If you do employ them make sure you specify exactly what you are requesting and be aware of offers that are too good to be true. The work was done in just under five hours.
