Good, clear communication. Fair quote for the job. Work was completed quickly and to a high standard. No mess left behind. I have no hesitation in recommending Marian and Arthur for future work.
Repair Weak Flush in Concealed Toilet
Marian completed the repair successfully and the issue was resolved. He returned the next day as agreed, arrived on time, supplied the required part, completed the work to a good standard, and cleaned up afterwards. He also provided photos and kept communication in writing throughout the job. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that there was a significant delay on the first day, as his colleague did not arrive as scheduled and I waited several hours before Marian attended later in the afternoon. I was also initially uncomfortable with the request for payment upfront. That said, Marian explained his process, provided proof of his credentials and reviews, and ultimately completed the job professionally. Overall, I would recommend him

Marian did an excellent job painting our full flat at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I had my 3 bathrooms completely stripped and refurbished. It took a long time but the result is pretty good. The job was done well focused on durability (as it's a rental), good advice received all along the work.

Great work and communication. I had textured wallpaper in two rooms Marian skimmed the walls and gave them nice finish. I also required a new plug installed into one of the storage spaces.
