Couldn’t recommend Mustafa enough. Actively tried to fix the problem without costing me money by talking me through the issue over the phone. A breadth of fresh air in a world of cowboys. Friendly, helpful and will be passing on his number to friends and using him in the future.

Mustafa was great. Very prompt with his quote and the completion of the repairs. He is very transparent with pricing which in itself is very reasonable. All in all a very honest, friendly guy providing an excellent service. I Highly recommend, I know I'll be back in touch in the future for upgrades following the repairs carried out. From our first meeting where we discussed what was required Mustafa guided us and advised us what was possible. The job was completed promptly with attention to detail not completing until he was certain the heating system was running correctly. He was polite and friendly throughout and the cost was within what we expected having taken advice from my brother who is also a plumber but not living close enough. We now have a contact we feel confident to go to should we have a need.
